Ambulance Remount Warranty
When you remount a Medix ambulance, you can rely on the protection and peace of mind that come with our comprehensive warranty program. Our coverage ensures your investment is safeguarded for years to come.
To qualify for Medix warranty coverage, remount work must be completed by Medix direct or a Medix Authorized Dealer.
Our remount warranty includes:
Structural Warranty
Coverage for 3 years or 36,000 miles on all structural components of the module.
Electrical Warranty
3 years or 36,000 miles of protection for electrical systems installed or modified during the remount.
Paint Warranty
Covers paint-related work for 3 years or 36,000 miles.
Conversion Warranty
3 years or 36,000 miles of coverage for non-structural construction, including:
- Heating and cooling systems
- Interior doors and windows
- Hardware, latches, and locks
- Trim, flooring, wall coverings, and kick plates
- Cot mount hardware and grab handles
- Company-manufactured seating, head pads, cushions, and upholstery items
Please note that OEM-supplied components and the chassis are not covered under Medix’s remount warranty. These items retain their original manufacturer warranties and are supported directly by the OEM.
