Marketing Coordinator Position

Summary of Responsibilities
Aligned with U.S. Marketing & Sales Strategy, the Marketing Coordinator will elevate the brands and associated products of Medix Ambulances by coordinating online and offline marketing initiatives. Responsible for handling both specific site responsibilities and contributing towards DBC Marketing Shared Services and Dealer Partner activities, which includes Demers-Crestline brands.
Summary of Activities
- Coordinate and monitor all Medix brand initiatives, internal and external marketing and communications.
- Social media platforms (Medix): coordinate all social media initiatives, includes creating content, coordinating campaigns and monitoring social media platforms.
- Website: maintain website content including recent deliveries, blogs, news, white papers, etc.
- Email marketing: drive content email marketing and coordinate campaigns, including surveys.
- Memberships & Sponsorships: coordinate all memberships, sponsorships requests, track expenses, and other administrative aspects
- Lead Generation and Management: distribute leads as needed, and maintain quality of leads and records collected through HubSpot CRM.
- Corporate Communications: support Medix site including internal events and initiatives, and support other departments such as HR, with internal campaigns as needed
- Coordinate DBC U.S. activities, projects, and initiatives, as needed
- Trade Shows and Marketing/Sales Events: includes coordinating arrangements for hotels, conference rooms, restaurants, logistics, planning, etc
- Support Dealer Network through Dealer Engagement plan, Dealer and Customer requests, including site visits etc.
- Photography & Videography: photograph and video product, customers, etc. as needed
- Procurement: coordinate print literature, tradeshow materials, promotional supplies & more, as needed
- Media & Advertising: coordinate campaigns as needed, aligning brand and overarching strategy
- Sales Support: supports sales staff by fostering open communication to adequately translate sales messages into marketing initiatives, includes creating presentations
- Meetings: participate in DBC shared marketing service meetings and local site meetings
- Budget: track ongoing expenses in working budget, includes reviewing, approving, and coding invoices for accounting. participate in annual budget planning
- Reporting: assist in analyzing and summarizing website, social, and paid search marketing analytics and provide reports as needed
- Marketing Assets/Dealer Portal: manage all marketing assets, manage cloud storage system (Box) files and access IDs
- HubSpot: serve as the internal advocate and manager of HubSpot platform and related initiatives
Technical Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or 3 years minimum of relevant field experience
- Intermediate understanding of marketing principles and effective messaging
- Intermediate editorials skills
- Basic graphic design skills
- Experience with CRM tool, preferably HubSpot
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Experience or knowledge of common marketing tools: HootSuite, WordPress, Eventbrite, Canva, and Google Analytics
